Minimum Order

Valspar does not require a minimum order amount.

Please note that all orders are subject to the shipping charges as noted in the Shipping Information section.

Payment Terms

Valspar accepts payment only through Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit card to Paypal.

Limited Warranty (See additional terms and limitations in Website Terms of Use)

1. Valspar shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of the use or inability to use any items sold by us, except as otherwise provided by applicable state law.
2. We cannot accept returns, so our only obligation in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied is to replace or refund the price of any item proven to be defective.
3. The user must determine the suitability of the product for its intended use and assumes all risk in connection therewith.

Returns & Damaged Goods

These Valspar products and merchandise are not returnable, but you may be entitled to a replacement or refund for defective products.

Customer service issues are handled by Sales Support and Service.

1. Notify Sales Support and Service with any questions regarding your order by callling 1-800-US-STAIN.
2. We must be notified of any shipping error within ten (10) business days.
3. Any product that arrives visibly damaged should be refused at the time of delivery. You must then contact Valspar Sales Support and Service, so that a new order can be placed for your product.

All shipments are sent from our Statesville, North Carolina warehouse.

Standard product shipment within the continental United States is via UPS Ground or freight line (depending on weight), unless otherwise specified.

Expedited deliveries are not available, due to the nature of this shipment.
